Email johndoe38@hotmail.com with a short description, what you expected, the exact screen/action, device/operating-system version and app version/build. The address is monitored for Support and Privacy requests. Do not include whole health exports, lab reports, private photographs or screenshots with personal records unless you deliberately intend to share them. Support does not automatically have access to your local records. No specific response-time guarantee is made.
You can also use Dashboard → Settings → Trust & transparency → Support → Prepare Beta Feedback. Enter a summary, prepare the payload, review it, then use Share feedback and choose the destination. This does not send automatically. Your supplied text/category and app version/build/OS are included; records, live Health values and screenshots are not automatically attached. Apple's TestFlight feedback is a separate beta-service feature.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to use real health information during the beta?
No. Use fictional test records and nonsensitive photos, and skip optional permissions or features you are uncomfortable testing.
Does the converter tell me which medical dose to take?
No. You enter the intended amount yourself. The converter performs math only; independently verify labels, concentration, units and calculations. A correct result does not establish safe or suitable use.
Will reinstalling restore my records?
Do not uninstall as routine troubleshooting. Records and private photos are local, and export preview does not restore or merge data. Contact support before removing app storage.
What should I do if math or a workflow looks unsafe?
Stop using that feature and contact support immediately with the app version, device and a redacted description. Do not repeat an unsafe action to prove a bug.
App basics
The tabs are Dashboard, Peptides, Library, Explore and Track. Peptides contains your personal records and protocols. Library and compound dossiers contain educational reference material. Track links to dose logging/history, measurements, Labs, Progress Photos, Connected Sources, outcomes, inventory, the converter and nutrition estimates. Settings opens from Dashboard.
Records are stored locally. There is no required app account, app-operated cloud sync, analytics service or automatic record upload. Keep your own inputs and research references distinct; reference examples do not establish an appropriate personal plan.
Apple Health
Use Track → Connected Sources → Choose data to request. Select supported types, choose Request Selected Read Access, and make your choices in Apple's sheet. Use Refresh Selected Data afterward. Newly selected types need another access request; Refresh reads previously requested selected types.
Access is optional and read-only. Readings may refresh when you return to the app or after observed body-metric changes while it runs. Health readings are not automatically saved as manual Progress entries. Direct smart-scale or wearable vendor-account integrations are not connected; those devices may supply data through Apple Health.
If readings are missing, check that the desired samples exist in Apple Health and review Pep Tracker's access there. “No readable data” can mean missing samples or limited access; the app cannot conclusively distinguish every read denial. Stop Reading in Pep Tracker clears the app's read opt-in/cache, but does not revoke Apple's system grant or delete Health samples. Change the grant in Apple Health's app-access settings. System menu wording may vary by OS version.
Schedules and notifications
Open a personal protocol in Peptides, then Schedule or Edit Schedule. Enable the schedule, choose frequency/date/time, and review its displayed time zone and Next dose. Enable Remind me at dose time and Save if an alert is wanted. Notification permission is separate from saving a schedule.
Dose recurrence registers the next occurrence, rather than an indefinite autonomous daily alert series. A missed occurrence stays overdue. Logging or Skip Overdue Dose advances it; skipping adds no dose-history record. Saving an edited schedule replaces its reminder. Disable and save the schedule to stop it, or disable its reminder to retain the plan without an alert.
For missing alerts, check Next dose, the displayed schedule time zone, device notification access, Focus and Lock Screen preview settings. Dose notifications use generic wording without compound name or amount. Delivery depends on device settings. Schedules retain their displayed time zone when you travel; Use Current Time Zone is a deliberate change.
The separate weekly photo reminder is under Track → Progress Photos → Weekly check-in reminder. Choose weekday/time and Save Reminder if wanted. Its weekly recurrence does not establish the dose scheduler's recurrence behavior.
Labs and report import
Use Track → Labs → Import PDF / Photo for Review. Choose a PDF/image from Files or a selected photo. The import limit is 20 MB and 30 PDF pages. A cloud Files item may need to finish downloading first.
Import rows begin Excluded. Open the rows you want, enable Include this result, and check marker, value, unit and reference range against the original. Confirm that selected values/units/ranges were checked, then Save Reviewed Results. Cancel discards the draft. The import implementation does not retain the original report/photo.
Extraction can misread decimals, columns or units. Try a clearer source or manual Add Lab Draw / Add Result entry. Flags depend on recorded ranges and are not a diagnosis. To remove saved material, use Delete Result or a draw's Delete Draw and Results; deleting a draw removes its results too.
Progress and Progress Photos
Track → Progress holds manually recorded measurements and trends. Check dates, values and units before saving. Apple Health display does not automatically add manual measurements.
For photos, use Track → Progress Photos → Add Photo Check-in. Import a selected angle or explicitly choose Camera. Camera permission is needed only for camera use. One angle is sufficient; dates/notes and an outcome-plan association are optional. Cancel discards unsaved selections. Saved private images are not automatically copied to public Photos or uploaded.
Open a check-in to view images, switch angles or edit notes. Compare two check-ins appears when at least two exist. Select different check-ins and the same angle; lighting and posture can affect appearance. No implemented image model estimates body fat from these photos.
Delete Check-in removes its private images after confirmation; it does not remove source Photos/Files or exported copies. Report any cleanup error without repeatedly deleting records. Private photos are excluded from automatic backup, and deleting the app can lose them.
Protocols, dose history and inventory
Use Peptides → Build Protocol, enter your own plan details and Add Stage. Review each stage before saving. Starting or advancing a stage does not record an administration. Complete moves a protocol into History; Archive retains it. Neither deletes it. Duplicate/Modify or Restart creates a new plan rather than rewriting the old history.
Use Track → Log Dose or a personal protocol's Log Dose link. Verify the selected record, actual amount/unit, date/time and preparation. A saved personal default can be recalled; it is not an amount recommended by the app. Dose History is global, including when reached from a protocol: identify the correct record before editing/deleting. A deletion can reverse identifiable inventory consumption while other timeline facts remain.
Inventory changes after an actual linked dose or an explicit Record Correction. Merely planning a stage does not consume stock. Record Correction records an adjustment rather than erasing history. Arithmetic stock estimates do not verify product quality or safe use. Protocol Outcomes organizes observations; an association does not prove that a protocol caused a change.
Concentration and syringe-unit converter
Open Track → Convert to Syringe Units, or the converter in Log Dose. Enter an amount you independently selected, the vial's total mass and the final solution volume. The full converter supports mg, mcg and g with a U-100 · 100 units/mL scale. The automatic inline Log Dose estimate supports mg/mcg with mg-based preparation. IU/potency cannot be inferred from mass; syringe scale markings are not drug-potency units.
The math is: concentration = vial mass ÷ final volume; required mL = intended amount ÷ concentration; U-100 units = required mL × 100. Unit changes preserve equivalent mass, such as 0.25 mg and 250 mcg. Invalid or unrelated unit changes keep the prior pair and show an error rather than infer a new amount.
Check all inputs and use Review Conversion before any available reviewed handoff to Log Dose. Use Protocol Reference is an explicit choice; a displayed saved reference/preparation still needs verification. Merely opening or dismissing the converter does not save a dose.
Math conversion only. Verify the vial label, concentration, syringe type, and calculation before use. Pep Tracker does not determine what dose you should take. A valid mathematical result does not establish that an amount, compound, preparation or route is suitable or safe.
Troubleshooting, exports and recovery
For a keyboard covering a control, use Done and scroll within the current content. Do not tap Save before checking inputs. Report a frozen or nonresponding action with its exact screen and error; do not save duplicates repeatedly to test it. Larger Text, Reduce Motion and Reduce Transparency are supported presentation settings, but acceptance is not complete on every device/OS/accessibility combination.
Dashboard → Settings → Export My Data & Recovery → Prepare Export prepares portable JSON. Private photo bytes are optional. Share My Data Export lets you choose the destination. Shared JSON is unencrypted and may contain sensitive health records/photos; keep it private. Live Health readings are excluded.
Preview an Export only inspects the file; it does not restore or merge it. There is no app-wide reset, verified restore/merge backup or app-server recovery copy. Avoid uninstalling or clearing storage as routine troubleshooting. Keep the error wording and contact support. Local deletion and externally shared copies are separate.
Privacy requests
Email johndoe38@hotmail.com for privacy questions or requests to delete personal information under Justin Thompson's control. Support emails are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, with limited ongoing-issue/legal/dispute exceptions. Exported TestFlight feedback is retained for up to 24 months after the related beta activity, with limited defect-investigation/release-record/legal/dispute exceptions. Access is restricted to Justin Thompson and authorized support/development/testing/maintenance/security/compliance providers or contractors as applicable.
Information no longer reasonably required will be deleted on request; legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute and recordkeeping needs can justify retention. No exact backup-deletion timeline is promised. Apple retains/processes its own TestFlight information separately. Access to Apple-supplied TestFlight information is subject to Apple’s terms; it will not be redistributed to third parties where Apple prohibits it. Local-only records never sent to Justin Thompson cannot be remotely deleted by him; use your device's available controls. The Pep Tracker Privacy Policy describes these practices in more detail.
